The education system in the U.S. remains unchanged in 2026, by 2100 it will find itself in the position of a colony - the destruction of the state’s production and intellectual potential. Nations that have preserved their technologies, that raise mechanical - engineers, engineers-developers, will be the first to build a quantum fleet and secure full dominance in space and on Earth.
The U.S. lacks a classical system of secondary vocational education (trade schools, technical colleges) in the field of design engineering. There is nowhere for children to go after 9th grade to be trained in a targeted way as a design engineer or prototype developer. First, experienced, working models of new equipment, weapons (military equipment, combat systems and defense potential) or parts, which are created for testing before launching them into serial production.
Prototype developer - the key link in the defense agency: the work simultaneously combines fundamental physics and design; with his own hands he assembles, machines, solders, and tests the first sample.

Professional education is divided into two poles:
A: Two-year colleges: Colleges train linear performers for a specific task of the enterprise: auto mechanics, welders, operators of ready-made CNC machines.
In college they do not teach how to invent: students are taught, strictly by instruction, to change parts or press buttons. The direction of drone development or prototype creation - work involving spatial and strategic thinking - is completely absent.
B: Higher education, Universities: the cult of the diploma and theory: students are taught from books and simulators. A professor at an American university has himself never in his life held a soldering iron or a wrench. He is oriented toward grants and publications. Theoretical science, higher mathematics, solid-state physics, writing extremely complex software.
University graduates do not know how to work with their hands. They do NOT know how to make quantum leaps and model a 3D object in the simulation of their own brain at the border of sleep (without the use of AI) = physically assemble an airplane or a part from tape and cardboard = take metal, cut parts on a machine = fit the part on the machine = assemble a working, flying prototype.

An instruction for them is a law of protection against being fired. If the instruction does not say how to connect two parts, an American will stop and wait for a new instruction. True developers: practicing engineers in the US are garage inventors with an engineering mindset. Thanks to the parents who did not subject their children to the animal conditioning of neurotypical children or to ABA therapy: the behavioral conditioning of children with diagnoses. Silicon Valley and American aviation grew out of garages. At this moment they are ready to give any amount of money to a person from outside, whose brain works volumetrically, systemically, strategically. They will buy his ready-made solution, patent, project, to save their contracts and cover their rear, to remain in the system.
PART IV. MATERIAL COLLAPSE OF THE DEFENSE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX
FACTS: 2026, systemic failures documented by a U.S. audit (data from the U.S. Government Accountability Office - GAO), the forecast through 2035–2050 is confirmed. Degradation of the practical engineering school of the United States. Auditors officially noted that the assembly of Lockheed Martin hypersonic missiles is stalling, because “the production process turned out to be far more labor-intensive than originally planned.” Manual labor on machine-tool fitting of parts exceeded all calculated norms.
