This Charter hereby establishes ARX LIBERORVM TVTELA (Citadel - Protection of Children), sovereign ancient bee house, expressing law of succession, total devotion and protection of future generations of children, family system and family values.
ARX Citadel. Sacred land, absolute security. Fortress serves as unbreakable refuge for all children of world from any external threats, encroachments, and alien influence. Firmly affirmed.
Absolute and supreme legislative authority, whose decisions are not subject to discussion, modification, or repeal, is Sovereign Mother of House, Mother of All Children. Word of Sovereign Mother of House is supreme law of direct action within family system and family values, and beyond. Any disobedience, dual power, or attempts to introduce foreign destructive models are punished by immediate expulsion from Dynasty.

We, Sovereign Mother of Dynastic House, acting by right of primogeniture, Natural Law, and supreme continuity of generations, hereby establish autonomous extraterritorial jurisdiction, ARX LIBERORVM TVTELA (“Citadel - Protection of Heirs”).
Charter defines immutable legal, spiritual and material status of Dynasty, its beneficiaries and principles of formation of supreme human capital.
Dynasty GENS · PISAREV · MIKHALCHENKO proclaims Family System “Citadel 2060”, where senior generations assume unconditional obligation for protection and upbringing of younger. Maternal protection - security, neurofoundation.

SECTION V. STRUCTURE OF THE HOUSE
Head of the House: Sovereign Mother of the House, Natalia Poluektova-Pisareva. Supreme and sole founder, bearer of the right of direct decision within the House and the Dynasty.
House Council: established when necessary by the Head’s decision. Composition, powers and term of service determined by a separate act of the Head.
Keeper of the Seal: a person appointed by the Head of the House, responsible for the safekeeping of the Seal and the recording of its affixation to acts of the House. The Seal is affixed only by written order of the Head.
Spiritual Father of the House: a priest of canonical ordination, blessed for the spiritual guidance of the House, its Head and beneficiaries. In the case of multiple Primatial blessings, the spiritual father is determined by the place of residence of the Head of the House, with liturgical commemoration in the House’s services of all sees that have given their blessing.
Beneficiaries of the House: children of the dynasty GENS PISAREV MIKHALCHENKO are entered into the dynastic register and are direct heirs of the House.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Father Most High, Source of the House and the Dynasty, Creator of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible.
Before Thee I stand, Thy servant Natalia, Sovereign Mother of the House of ARX LIBERORVM TVTELA, and I profess my faith through service to children, entrusted to me by Thee, and to children of all nations, called under the protection of this House.
Family System CITADEL 2060 operates in two directions: “Voice of Sleep MamaBee” and Doctrine “Voice of the Doctor”. Directions: children and medicine, simultaneously solving three state tasks: demography, healthcare, and the transmission of cultural heritage.
I believe that a child is a free soul, created by Thee, bearer of Thy image, heir of the great future, the inviolable capital of the lineage and the people.
I believe, family is a small church according to the word of Thy apostle Paul, a divinely established unit through which life, the faith of the family in the child, and cultural heritage are passed from generation to generation.

I bow my head before family values and the labor of ordinary people. For these are our roots: the foundation upon which children stand.
I respect professionalism, honor, dignity, and partnership for the sake of one goal: the heritage of children.
I recognize the souls of children, their sincerity, happiness, and openness; I recognize the absolute inviolability of the transmission of heritage and the sovereign neurofoundation to children.
