Before selecting the basic modules, the therapist is obligated to determine the following.
Type of the patient’s life load:
social stratum, woman with household and maternal load, high-level athlete, standard salaried worker, person with constant responsibility.
Which tasks this person carries and closes.
2. Level of personal development. Human vices.
The vices that govern behavior and state are identified: INFLATED EGO, pride, self-devaluation, envy, anger, laziness, greed, avarice, stinginess, gluttony, lust, cowardice, hypocrisy, lying, selfishness, alcoholism, theft, foul language, cruelty.
3. Core of the problem. It is important to determine the core with which the work is conducted.
Important: we do not treat consequences or symptoms.
Only after collecting the anamnesis and identifying the core are the basic modules selected.
Diagnostics of the depth of nervous system lesions.
In the patient, the nervous system is in a working state; a language accent is not an irritant, corresponds to the internal standard, and is perceived as background. Example of a child’s nervous system: A child instantly reads vocal timbre and brings in visual imagery through imagination.
In our case, the first story revealed a perfectionistic model of control, becoming the standard of her inner world, where everything must be correct: a voice without an accent, a result without deviations, a form without errors.
The core of the patient’s pain is a perfectionistic model of control over the world, structured into the psyche.
The patient listened to the second fairy tale with an orientation toward logical connections, chains, and solutions.
The second fairy tale proved difficult for the patient to perceive. A module oriented toward logical connections, chains, and solutions was engaged. This therapeutic module is accessible to a trained nervous system capable, in a state of mobilization, of shifting into rest and making strategic decisions. Minds with a 10–50 year horizon operate in this mode.
The third fairy tale is transitional; it holds the neurons, relaxes, and does not turn on logic or analysis. This is the preparation stage for the foundation of the main therapeutic module.
What this means concretely:
The patient lives within a system of internal criteria. She uses these criteria in her model of the world. This provides a sense of control and safety. A side effect is increased sensitivity to not meeting standards.
Many may have a question: “I am also irritated by an accent or by certain elements.”
This is precisely where the diagnostic value of the method lies. We use more complex versions to identify the limit of perception. An attempt to work at the strategic level shows whether this mode is accessible or whether it overloads the nervous system. The exact diagnostic result is determined by the module.
Important. The patient does not speak English fluently and uses a basic level. This means that the criterion of “how it should be correct” is formed from an internal standard. Such standards are always rigid. The person sets the bar for themselves.
The nervous system is overloaded with tasks, problems, and responsibility, so control has become the only way to survive. Anything non-standard or unpolished is perceived as a threat and triggers irritation because it disrupts the control structure. The nervous system has not had any other survival experience, so it has formed closed internal rules.
Explanation for therapists.
The case description does not include the patient’s personal life; it is already contained in the formulation “disruption of the life vector.” The case records consequences. It is important that the work is conducted with the core, not with the consequences of the trauma.
When a person is internally ready and does not resist, the nervous system releases control, hearing stops evaluating, and the voice becomes working material for the nervous system.
People are not required to meet someone else’s internal standards in order to be accepted by society. The nervous system is truly ready to work when a person is on the verge of breakdown and asks for help themselves.

Always look deeper than the symptoms. A patient can be helped by a psychologist, a practitioner who went through a reset and survival experience, passed through extreme conditions, endured manipulation, racism, and humiliation of honor and dignity. Such a practitioner knows what pain is.
Core of pain:
The patient lives in the model: goal → discipline → control → recognition. The phrase “I will never win among professionals” is about internal acceptance of the standard she set. She set the boundary in advance. It destroys hope in the meaning of effort

Important: she did not quit sports. The case describes a classic sign of chronic exhaustion of the nervous system. The athlete endures by strength of character. Thanks to the system and sports, the main supporting foundation for the nervous system is to not break
Divorce + relocation = double rupture. Financial and social environments are destroyed simultaneously. After such events, the nervous system switches to survival mode at any cost
The patient is talking about a boundary. It is important here to determine precisely: they are describing a state of total devaluation of the personality.
The patient compares themselves: “I am just a speck.” Depression is immediately excluded in the clinical sense; this is a loss of subjective significance. It is a state in which a person stops perceiving their own value to themselves, regardless of objective facts, achievements, or external evaluation.
Attitude toward classical psychologists. The patient acknowledges that they heard rational words, but these did not integrate into her personally created system of the world.
After listening to three modules, the patient:
Felt the value and depth of the modules
The nervous system felt hope as the only way out of stress
The nervous system is at its limit, control is the only way to survive
4. Returning to listening to the modules at night, the patient replayed the audio recording, fell asleep, woke up, and controlled and analyzed the process
Which modules can be assembled for such a patient?
Basic stabilization and state-balancing modules are used. They serve as the foundation. Transitional modules form the framework on which the core therapeutic module is assembled.
Instructions for psychologists.
A psychologist cannot guess what causes a strong inner experience in a person. For a person to reveal what is deeply hidden and what has been tucked away for years, the psychologist must become an authority for the patient. Until the patient themselves names what their pain is, any fairy tale will be controlled, rejected, or analyzed.

The psychologist assembles the basic modules based on the complexity of the nervous system disorder and the task set to achieve a positive result. Writes therapeutic modules. In the described case, the fairy tale begins to work for a professional athlete like a mantra. It reaches the core of pain and shows the nervous system a solution. We work with the core of pain, not with the consequences.
Target group
Professional athletes, women in post-traumatic states, and elderly patients.
For all groups the module works with, regardless of age, diagnosis, or life experience, the same mechanism is activated. The nervous system returns to a state in which the person was able to feel safety. For a child, this is the current age. For a woman in trauma, it is the age before the trauma. For a military veteran, it is the period before overload. For an elderly person, it is childhood. Neurophysiology. In older age, the human brain often relies on the earliest stable experiences. These are the only experiences that have not been destroyed by illness, loss, stress, and prolonged life load.

The method is applicable to people of different cultures and language backgrounds. The method is evolutionary and scalable. The method operates remotely without the physical presence of a specialist.
